Mark Swords Electrical LTD cooperates with Heat Seekers whose Infrared Thermography Certified (ITC) Thermographer will provide an accurate report of any temperature anomalies or thermal stresses on your electrical equipment. Using a thermal infrared camera, we will undertake the necessary infrared tests to detect any overloading or excess heat in wiring systems. This inspection not only reduces the risk of a serious electrical incident but also helps improve system performance. Excess heat in electrical systems is a serious warning sign and detecting these issues before they become problems is only possible with a thermal camera. Infrared thermography plays a vital role in identifying a wide range of problems in your electrical system including poor connection, load imbalances, overloaded circuits and faulty or improperly installed components.
Many insurance companies are now insisting that a thermographic inspection be completed as a means of assessing the insurance risk prior to formalising a policy. Heat Seekers ITC Thermographers provide an independent report with no personal stake in finding or hiding problems only a commitment to professional service. All Heat Seekers reports and inspections are fully confidential. They believe that obtaining a thermal imaging inspection does not have to be difficult. This approach is key to developing a good working relationship with all their customers and a small amount of money invested now could save tens of thousands of dollars down the track.
Thermal imaging is a noninvasive means to maintain a preventative maintenance plan in the home and business. For more information on thermographic inspections check out the Heat Seekers site or visit The U.S. Department of Energy’s information page on it.
