Mark and the other electricians of Mark Swords Electrical were all very polite and friendly, very efficient, very precise, and they made sure that all our questions were answered and that we felt comfortable with everything.
They kept us informed of everything they attended to, and we were extremely happy with the quality of their work, and their friendly and respectful attitudes, and the care they took to clean everything up again exactly as they found it.
Their charges are pleasantly reasonable, especially for the amount of work they got done, as well, as the high level of proficiency they had, as they were obviously well experienced in their field.
Just to mention we had about 6 other electricians over the years who couldn’t even attend appropriately to what we needed or answer our questions in layman terms, or fix the problems. Whereas Mark and the team were straight up about everything, they had the knowledge and the expertise, and got the job done brilliantly in very reasonable time!
I highly recommend Mark Sword Electrical for not only doing an amazing job, but being able to do what other electricians couldn’t. Mark and the Team arrive when they say they will, and they get the job done! These are the guys you need!
